Falcon Returns & Exchanges

Every return has
two sides of the counter.

Your customer wants the right size, today. You want the sale to stay a sale. Falcon handles both sides, inside your theme and inside Shopify.

One exchange, start to finish

Four days. Two people.
One kept sale.

A real week at Meridian, with the actual screens Falcon shows. Scroll and watch the order move between them.

“Too small.” She fixes it from the sofa.

She taps Returns in Meridian's footer. The page looks like the rest of the store, because it is the store. Order number, email, a six-digit code, and she's in.

  • Sees the exchange first, refund still there

Daniel is asleep. His rules aren't.

He set them once: which reasons, how many days, which items can be swapped and for what. A minute after Maya asks, the return is approved and the label is in her inbox.

  • Return windows, reasons and fees

An email that reads like the store wrote it.

Meridian's name, Meridian's colour, clear steps and the label one tap away. Every step after this gets its own email too, in the customer's language.

Into a box, onto the counter, done.

The label came with the approval. Falcon buys it through Daniel's own Shippo account, at his rates, and tracks the parcel back so nobody has to ask where it is.

  • Prepaid labels through your Shippo account
  • Tracking updates the return by itself
  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and more

The parcel lands. The new order is already out.

Daniel checks the tee and it's fine. When the parcel is marked received, Falcon creates the exchange order in Shopify for the new size. No copy-pasting between tabs.

  • One list for every return, with clear states
  • Exchange orders created in Shopify
  • Refunds, store credit or a gift card

MayaMonday, 17:55

The right size. Still a Meridian customer.

No refund went out, no sale was lost, and nobody wrote a single support email. That's the whole point of an exchange-first return.

Tuesday night to Monday evening.
Zero emails from Daniel.

Built for the way returns
actually happen.

A return page in your theme

Your fonts, colours and header. Customers sign in with their order number and a one-time code, nothing to install.

Store credit, with a nudge

Offer a bonus when customers pick credit over a refund. You set the size.

$38.00→$41.80

Exchanges, three ways

Another size or colour, a different product, or shop the store with the return's value.

Eight languages

The return page and emails follow the customer.

Know why things come back

Reasons, products and outcomes over time, so you can fix the size chart instead of the symptom.
